I run a friendly studio in Gosforth offering a wide range of classes to suit all levels of fitness, experience, age and gender.
The classes are small to enable individual attention, allowing each client to get the maximum benefit out of each session and progress accordingly. Personal touch is key to ensure that all clients can work towards achieving their personal goals.
What is Pilates?
Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates, a German physical trainer. Pilates focusses on improving physical strength, flexibility, and posture whilst enhancing mental awareness.

Pilates is fundamentally about movement. As teachers of movement, we focus on helping our client's bodies function to their optimum efficiency, which helps alleviate aches and pains caused by today's sedentary lifestyles.
Our ultimate goal is to help clients move and perform better in their day to day lives - be at work, rest or play.
